Own full sales cycle selling AI-driven revenue cycle management solutions to enterprise healthcare providers. Requires 4+ years B2B SaaS healthcare tech closing experience with proven outbound prospecting success.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close
- Build a territory from scratch through highly strategic outbound and multi-channel campaigns
- Develop trust and rapport with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in health systems and medical groups
- Tailor demos that highlight value and solve meaningful financial and operational problems
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, messaging, and ICP penetration strategy
- Use tools like Salesforce, ChatGPT, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and advance deals
- Help shape our GTM strategy by sharing on-the-ground feedback and market intelligence
- Consistently exceed quota and meet pipe generation goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in a B2B SaaS Healthcare Tech organization
- Proven hunter with a track record of success in outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent discovery and storytelling skills
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers; familiarity with multi-stakeholder and six-figure deals
- High adaptability—you thrive in a fast-moving, high-change environment
