About the role
What you'll do
Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound) to generate leads and drive conversions
Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights
Develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance
Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech)
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization
Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset
