Responsibilities
Plan, build, and run multi-channel demand gen campaigns (email nurture, paid, retargeting) targeting mobile game studios and publishers. Own performance from first touch to sales handoff.
Track and report on lead volume, MQL → SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution by channel. Use data to decide what to double down on and what to kill.
Own day-to-day operations in marketing automation and CRM stack — lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and data hygiene — and maintain a tight feedback loop with BD on lead quality and handoffs.
Partner with the team to turn existing assets (case studies, best-practice guides, benchmark data) into gated content and outbound campaigns that generate qualified interest.
Coordinate logistics remotely for 2–4 annual industry events and executive dinners around major conferences — venue booking, invite list management against target accounts, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up sequences that convert conversations into pipeline.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and/or B2B marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
Data-driven approach: comfortable looking at funnels, conversion rates, and campaign performance; enjoy digging into spreadsheets and dashboards to guide decisions.
Strong communicator: can write clear, compelling emails, ad copy, and campaign messaging that resonates with technical audiences.
Comfortable with marketing tools: experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools; confident learning new systems.
Organized and proactive: can manage multiple campaigns, events, and follow-up sequences; take ownership in a startup environment.
