Responsibilities
- Be the front-line of customer requests
- Debug, report, and ship scoped fixes for bugs and regressions
- Turn recurring tickets into permanent fixes by shipping docs, product PRs, or agent improvements
- Train and improve our AI support agent by refining prompts, adding tools, and running evals
- Create guides and examples that showcase what's possible with Resend
- Proactively build relationships and identify potential papercuts for customers
- Advocate for customer needs to the greater Resend team
Requirements
- Love helping solve problems for developers
- Can handle and perform under customer pressure
- 3-5 years of technical support or success experience
- Scaled support at a high-growth company, using automation and AI to grow resolution capacity faster than headcount
- Experience improving email deliverability
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with modern tech stack (Next.js, Plain, Raycast, Retool, Notion, etc.)
Compensation
- $120,000 - $140,000 USD, commensurate with experience
