Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Responsibilities

• Build and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Own projects end to end, from product and architectural decisions through deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problems.
• Tackle complex domains at scale using simple, well-crafted solutions.
• Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve the codebase and product.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with production-grade work across backend and frontend systems.
• Deep fluency in at least one high-level programming language; Python and TypeScript are used on the team.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, and containerized deployment with Kubernetes.
• Experience building at scale in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to build and maintain reliable, performant software and make sound architectural trade-offs.
• Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems and collaborate effectively with a high-performing team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with React.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows or ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, CUDA, or Ray.
