About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers and qualify leads to determine fit for Notion
  • Run discovery calls to understand business challenges
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using data and research to reach target customers
  • Run discovery calls with executives and share learnings to improve Notion
  • Build and use AI agents to automate sales development tasks

Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Able to work in office three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Genuine interest in a career in sales
  • Prior outbound sales experience (BDR role only)
  • Love for Notion and bias toward action
