IT Operations Support
Provides internal IT operations and technical support across endpoints, SaaS applications, identity, security, cloud environments, and networking. Requires 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience and hands-on expertise with Okta, Google Workspace, endpoint management, and ITSM.

Responsibilities
- Resolve employee technical requests, maintain ticket queues, and meet strict SLAs.
- Categorize, prioritize, and escalate incidents and service requests using ITSM frameworks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Identify recurring issues and basic root causes.
- Manage zero-touch hardware deployment, device enrollment, configuration baselines, compliance policies, patches, and asset lifecycles using UEM platforms.
- Perform remote lock, wipe, and containment procedures for lost or compromised devices.
- Administer Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS applications, including licensing, integrations, channels, and permissions.
- Maintain conference room systems and provide AV support.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, access control, and configuration changes across SaaS applications.
- Monitor endpoint health, manage security agents, and respond to CrowdStrike alerts.
- Configure Okta SSO and MFA integrations and conduct access audits.
- Administer Google Workspace, including accounts, security settings, email routing, and device policies.
- Support AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure environments, including IAM roles and security groups.
- Manage DNS records, domain configurations, and certificate renewals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate major incidents.
- Write technical documentation and employee self-service guides.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration.
- Hands-on administration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints with MDM/UEM tools such as Iru, Jamf, or Intune.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike or similar EDR platforms.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Freshservice, including SLA management.
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively in high-urgency situations.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and DNS management.
