Responsibilities
- Own assigned portions of the onboarding workflow, including new hire tracking, employee communications, documentation completion, orientation facilitation, and timely escalation of blockers.
- Process employee benefits transactions in Workday, including new hire enrollments and life events, and collect required documentation from employees as applicable.
- Support annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, and issue resolution in partnership with the Benefits team.
- Coordinate routine accommodation process steps, ensuring documentation, routing, and follow-up are handled consistently and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, process employee data changes, and support audit-ready documentation practices.
- Fulfill simple reporting requests and support recurring People Ops reporting needs with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support routine policy and process interpretation, escalating complex or high-risk matters to People Partners, Legal, Benefits, or other subject matter experts as appropriate.
- Support EOR employee lifecycle transactions in partnership with internal stakeholders and external EOR partners.
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions, using approved resources, knowledge articles, and documented workflows.
- Manage assigned employee inquiries and service requests through Freshservice, ensuring timely responses, accurate case notes, appropriate routing, and consistent employee experience.
- Maintain and improve process documentation, job aids, and knowledge base content to support scalable People Ops delivery.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve workflows, and increase consistency through better use of systems, documentation, automation, and AI.
- Analyze employee inquiry trends and recommend improvements to documentation, training materials, workflows, and self-service content.
- Support People Ops projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, leaves, or accommodations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and People systems (Workday, Freshservice).
- Strong process thinking ability and experience improving existing processes through efficient use of technology and design.
- Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, process guides, or operational procedures.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools, knowledge management systems, and self-service resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset with emphasis on creating the best possible employee experience.
- Working knowledge of HR compliance concepts, employment practices, benefits administration, leave processes, and employee lifecycle operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range: $56,250.00 - $82,500.00. The base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options.
