IT Support Technician Intern
An IT support intern will assist with employee hardware, software, account, access, and troubleshooting operations while learning deployment, endpoint management, and security procedures. The role requires a relevant degree program, English and French communication skills, and a six-month academic internship.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support for employees under supervision.
- Support laptop deployment for onboarding and device refresh cycles.
- Support laptop collection and account deactivation during employee offboarding.
- Participate in new-hire orientations.
- Assist with ticketing, account management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Support unified communications setups in conference rooms and common areas.
- Assist with deployment and security-related projects.
- Support MFA/2FA setup and troubleshooting.
- Support endpoint enrollment using MDM tools.
- Learn and follow access-management procedures for granting, reviewing, and revoking employee access.
- Assist with basic IT security incident procedures under supervision.
- Participate in identity-verification processes.
- Develop skills in SaaS tools and IT workflows.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in IT, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related field, with graduation expected in 2027.
- Internship must be required as part of the academic curriculum.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented approach and interest in helping people.
- Availability for a six-month internship beginning in February, March, April, May, or June 2027.
