Senior Research Associate
Curates structured datasets on companies, people, and networks using investigative research in English and Chinese sources. Partners with engineering for data quality and supports customers on supply chain intelligence, requiring 4+ years in investigations or due diligence.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain curated datasets of companies, individuals, and corporate networks using hands-on investigative research.
- Regularly update and refine WireScreen Collections based on rigorous criteria and user feedback.
- Partner with engineering to ensure data quality, monitor source health, and enforce accuracy guardrails.
- Educate customer-facing teams on how data collections are built and validated, and partner cross-functionally to scope and develop new collections based on customer demand and research capabilities.
- Analyze a range of corporate documents in both Chinese and English to verify and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Mandarin and able to read and interpret content across Chinese- and English-language sources.
- 4+ years of experience in investigations, corporate due diligence, business intelligence, forensic research, KYC/AML, or similar primary-source research roles.
- Enjoy deep, manual investigative work and navigating through ambiguity independently.
- High business acumen, and interest in global trade, supply chain and corporate data.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, especially around identity resolution and data accuracy.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to adapt to new tools and software swiftly.
