Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration.
- Contribute to other Dialpad integrations.
- Write architectural design and specification documents.
- Develop well-tested features with appropriate test hooks and low defect rates.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with unit tests.
- Participate in code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives.
- Represent the team as a technical expert.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Experience with at least one major backend programming language, especially Java or Python.
- Experience with at least one major frontend programming language, especially Vue or React.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- A pragmatic approach to solving problems while balancing business goals.
- Experience building integrations.
- Proficiency with ETL data pipelines.
- Agentic AI experience.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Gemini for most coding tasks.
