About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
  • Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
  • Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems.
  • Review legal contracts with strong attention to detail.
  • Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales operations, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering, and accounting teams to improve contract review processes and anticipate changing business requirements.
  • Partner with account managers to resolve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections.
  • Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders.
  • Share system feedback and insights with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Legal to optimize the user experience.
  • Scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 4 years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.
  • 3 years of experience tracing process impacts through to customer and business financial outcomes.
  • 3 years of experience in the payment industry.
  • 3 years of experience with GSuite and Excel.
  • 3 years of experience working with large datasets.
  • 3 years of experience with SQL.
  • 3 years of project management or consulting experience.
  • 3 years of data modeling experience.
  • 3 years of experience influencing business decisions through presentations and documentation using PowerPoint.
  • 3 years of digital workflow design experience focused on efficiency and user experience across organizational tools.
  • 3 years of dashboard design and data visualization experience using Tableau.
  • 3 years of experience creating Hubble dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance.
  • 3 years of forecast modeling experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $152,069.00–$199,200.00 per year.
  • Sales commissions or bonuses, if applicable, may be provided in addition to base salary.
  • Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Up to 25% international travel required.
