Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute events that drive community engagement in local markets.
  • Serve as the primary program manager, coordinating marketing, real estate, government affairs, digital infrastructure, and senior leadership teams.
  • Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, registration, stage design, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage agency, production, catering, and other vendor relationships while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Develop event metrics and reports and recommend improvements.
  • Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices for repeatable execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in event marketing or program management, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex events, including executive programs and community engagement events.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, and budget administration.
  • Strong program management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with executives and external partners.
  • Proficiency with event management software and CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience delivering high-volume proprietary events.

  • Experience with Luma and Salesforce.
