Creator Community Lead
Build and grow OpenArt’s creator community, turning creator relationships and programs into advocacy, distribution, user acquisition, and revenue. The role partners with Product and Marketing and requires creator-community experience, strong relationship skills, and familiarity with generative AI workflows.

Responsibilities
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with a global network of 1,000+ creators.
- Identify emerging talent and develop creators into advocates, ambassadors, educators, and long-term partners.
- Turn creator attention into new users, revenue, referrals, organic distribution, user-generated content, product adoption, and word of mouth.
- Test ambassador programs, affiliate and referral initiatives, incentives, creator partnerships, and other growth programs.
- Build creator programs including VIP groups, early access, creator councils, challenges, workshops, dinners, and meetups.
- Develop OpenArt’s local creator network across the Bay Area.
- Partner with Product and Marketing on early access, feature and model testing, launch activation, creator feedback, and examples.
Requirements
- Experience building or growing creator communities at meaningful scale.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with creators.
- Deep understanding of creator culture across platforms.
- Familiarity with generative AI image and video tools, models, and workflows.
- Understanding of user-generated content, social distribution, referrals, affiliates, and creator-led growth.
- Ability to evaluate community programs by both relationship quality and business impact.
- Independence and comfort building without an existing playbook.
- Willingness to spend time with creators online and in person.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary of $200,000–$250,000, plus equity.
