TA Advisor & Community Lead

Leads Ashby’s AMER community-led growth program through customer events, education, advocacy, and product enablement. The role requires hands-on talent acquisition expertise, Ashby familiarity, strong communication and facilitation skills, and an established TA network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community events across target AMER markets, including customer learning breakfasts, ecosystem events, partner cocktails, and roundtables.
  • Build and nurture relationships with talent acquisition leaders and local ecosystem partners.
  • Partner with Event Operations on venue selection, invitations, and post-event recaps.
  • Improve and reimagine community experiences and customer-led growth programs.
  • Curate and deliver customer education on Ashby, talent acquisition practices, product features, trends, dashboards, workflows, and templates.
  • Design and lead live enablement sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on the Ashby Hidden Gems program.
  • Expand customer advocacy and community presence through onboarding and enablement loops for Ashby Customer Expert events.
  • Support customer and prospect onsite visits, moderate panels, attend industry events, and represent Ashby in the talent acquisition community.
  • Travel approximately twice per month and develop relationships in major AMER talent acquisition hubs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on talent acquisition experience and strong knowledge of modern TA systems and practices.
  • Experience using Ashby All-in-One or strong familiarity with Ashby and its customer community.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition processes, tooling, dashboards, workflows, and templates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing, facilitation, moderation, and public speaking.
  • Experience hosting events, curating small gatherings, connecting people, and building professional communities.
  • Established or developing network among talent acquisition leaders in major city hubs.
  • Entrepreneurial, experimental approach and comfort with ambiguity and iteration.
  • Ability to use AI tools and automations to execute efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Willingness to travel and build new connections.
