Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract diverse talent
Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across a range of functions and seniority levels
Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, building genuine relationships and ensuring a consistently excellent experience
Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, accurate data, and a compliant, efficient recruiting workflow
Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and make data-backed recommendations that improve process and outcomes
Contribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvements
