Responsibilities
- Lead a team of six engineers, ranging from mid-level to Staff, through goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
- Define and drive the long-term strategy for Supplier Products in partnership with technical and product leaders.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities, shape the roadmap, and engage deeply in technical design and execution.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-impact business outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for technical quality and delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience, including experience as a Staff-level engineer before transitioning into management.
- 1+ year of engineering management experience.
- Deep experience designing scalable, reliable architectures for real-world products at scale.
- Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams as an engineer or manager.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $216,000–$219,000.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered.
