- Execute a multi-year vision and strategy for customer-facing product offerings in partnership with Product Management.
- Establish processes for system reliability, rapid experimentation, and data-informed decisions.
- Coach engineers to support performance and professional growth.
- Hire top talent and help establish engineering culture.
- Foster collaboration across product and technical teams.
- Manage delivery of workflow, dashboard, and data visualization applications.
- Improve the organization’s customer-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience building customer-centric applications and products.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Experience scaling and supporting teams of 10+ people and developing senior individual contributors.
- Track record of executing initiatives with strategic business impact.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience delivering customer solutions in B2C and B2B settings.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and high-volume consumer-facing software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly.

Compensation
- Anticipated base salary: $216,500-$264,500 USD annually.
