Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
- Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build, test, and iterate on features within our existing platform.
- Debug production issues across our systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Proficiency in React (or similar frontend frameworks) and Python.
- Experience designing and working with GraphQL, RESTful APIs and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including TypeScript, React, component-driven architecture and modern tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment best practices.
- A combined passion for great user experience and scalable backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus: Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, WebSockets, and integration-heavy systems.
