Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define ICPs, personas, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for Retail, Hard Hats, and Aviation verticals.
  • Develop enterprise messaging focused on customer business outcomes and executive-level value.
  • Build and improve vertical sales decks, one-pagers, discovery guides, objection handling, and competitive talk tracks.
  • Create ROI inputs and business-case templates for internal champions.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption and measure asset impact on win rates and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, quantified outcomes, security/compliance FAQs, and reference stories.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence, including positioning, pricing, packaging, feature claims, and win/loss analysis.
  • Define positioning, target audiences, and messaging for product features from beta through general availability.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing on launches and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor asset adoption, sales readiness, win-rate lift, stage conversion, and late-stage deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or GTM Enablement for B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building sales enablement that improves pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams, pipelines, and deal stages.
  • Ability to craft finance-friendly and champion-friendly ROI narratives and business cases.
  • Strong writing and messaging skills.
  • Regular use of AI for research, drafting, iteration, and scaling go-to-market deliverables, with strong quality control.
  • Familiarity with analyst organizations such as Gartner and Forrester.
  • Highly collaborative, fast-iterating, and data-informed working style.

  • Vertical experience in retail operations, field services or construction, aviation, logistics, or frontline/workforce communications.
  • Partner enablement and channel experience.
  • Familiarity with voice communications, mobility, device ecosystems, or security/compliance messaging.
