Responsibilities
- Partner with AI research, engineering, data science, policy, and other stakeholders to embed safety throughout the development and deployment of multimodal AI models and capabilities.
- Develop frameworks for understanding and mitigating deployment safety risks using data analysis, expert consultation, and adversarial assessments.
- Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps focused on deployment safety, reliability, and multimodal AI capability management.
- Create scalable approaches for evaluating and improving safety outcomes.
- Establish repeatable processes for integrating AI safety research into models and product offerings.
- Develop and refine actionable metrics that measure safety performance and user experience at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Expertise in AI safety, trust and safety, integrity, or related domains.
- Ability to drive consensus and action in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and adversarial-thinking skills, including the ability to identify and challenge assumptions and constraints.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

Compensation
- Annual salary: $293,000–$325,000 USD.
