What You'll Work On
- Analytics rewrite: Migrating our analytics service to ClickHouse and rebuilding it to scale through our next 10x of growth
- Hallucination detection: Improving our detection systems with the goal of driving hallucination rates toward zero
- Browser use agent: Scaling, stabilizing, and adding features and accuracy to our browser use agent in lieu of formal customer APIs
As a senior engineer, you'll be expected to make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and help set the bar for code quality and system design. You'll have significant autonomy and influence over what gets built and how.
Requirements
- 4+ years building backend systems, ideally at companies where reliability and scale mattered
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can take a loosely-defined problem and figure out what to build
- Jump into unfamiliar parts of the codebase when that's what the problem requires
- Write clean code and care about getting the details right, but also know when to ship
- Want to work on hard problems with a small team where your work has obvious impact
- Excited about AI agents and the infrastructure challenges that come with running them in production

Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js (you'll interact with this, but it's not the focus)
