Director, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities
- Strategic GTM Planning: Lead annual go-to-market planning, quota/territory design, capacity modeling, and segmentation across regions.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Own global forecasting, ensure CRM data governance for accurate bookings, revenue, and compensation.
- Sales Performance Analytics: Build dashboards/KPIs for pipeline health, conversions, productivity; provide actionable insights and QBR reporting.
- Operational Excellence & Field Support: Implement process improvements to boost sales efficiency and shorten cycles.
- GTM Systems & Infrastructure: Oversee Salesforce and RevTech stack (CRM, CPQ, CLM, BI tools) for scalable processes.
- Revenue Operations Excellence: Drive improvements across revenue lifecycle from Marketing to Customer Success.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow global Sales Operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS/tech.
- Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, GTM execution.
- Expertise in Salesforce (reporting, forecasting, territory management), CPQ, CLM, BI tools.
- Advanced financial modeling, revenue recognition, SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, Net Retention).
- Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional leadership skills.
