About the role
Responsibilities
Build and own core sales workflow automations, including book carving, ROE automation, signal detection, and pipeline automation.
Partner with sales leadership to translate business needs into automation requirements and iterate based on feedback.
Build tooling that surfaces relevant customer context for GSMs before QBRs, during renewals, and ahead of expansion conversations.
Extend the platform into new use cases, provide product feedback, dogfood new features, and act as a practitioner evangelist of GTM engineering infrastructure.
Partner with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand current revenue workflows and identify breakdowns.
Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
Identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and systems design.
Design systems that improve speed, visibility, data quality, and execution across the funnel.
Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers.
Measure performance, adoption, and business impact, then improve systems over time.
Act as an internal thought partner on the future of AI-native GTM systems.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar applied technical discipline.
At least 3 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Experience building, developing, or connecting Salesforce and adjacent go-to-market systems, with hands-on sales tooling experience.
Ability to build and solve problems using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript.
Track record of deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
Experience with data warehouses, business intelligence tools, or event-driven systems.
Strong executive presence and concise communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing hypergrowth environments and drive change.
Nice-to-haves
Experience building in Clay as a primary workflow or enrichment layer.
Experience in analytics engineering, data science, or programming.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $140,000–$180,000.
