Senior Employee Relations Partner

Senior Employee Relations Partner advises leaders and People partners through complex, high-risk employee matters, including conflict, performance, exits, and organizational change. The role also develops scalable ER practices and responsibly adopts AI-enabled tools in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners on complex or high-risk employee situations, including performance management, conflict resolution, reorganizations, and difficult conversations.
  • Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools for Employee Relations workflows, knowledge sharing, and service delivery while maintaining confidentiality, safeguards, and human review.
  • Build scalable Employee Relations tools, frameworks, guidance, operating practices, and manager resources.
  • Serve as a sounding board and escalation partner for workplace culture concerns, manager-employee dynamics, and emerging people issues.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, leadership, and other partners on people decisions, organizational changes, and policy implementation.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend systemic solutions that promote trust, engagement, and cultural health.
  • Navigate ambiguity and high-tension situations with discretion, empathy, calm judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or other People roles.
  • Experience handling highly escalated, emotionally charged, and high-stakes employee matters.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable frameworks, tools, operating practices, or programs.
  • Experience adopting or championing AI-enabled technology with attention to confidentiality, accuracy, safeguards, and human judgment.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders and executives.
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, rapid change, and imperfect information.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, fairness, empathy, and principled decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $234,000–$260,000.
  • Hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.
  • Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.
