People Partner, Research
The People Partner will advise Research leaders and managers, support employee relations and performance processes, and help scale people programs in a fast-growing AI company. The role requires at least six years of related experience, North American employment-law fluency, and strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities
- Advise and coach Research leaders and managers.
- Support employees and managers on human-resources topics throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and other People specialists.
- Help management build a high-performance culture aligned with company values and team culture.
- Support appropriate handling of performance-management and employee-relations matters.
- Partner with specialist teams, leadership, and Finance to implement scalable programs and policies that attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Collaborate on cross-functional People projects, including manager training.
Requirements
- Experience working in HR at a fast-growing technology company.
- Fluency in North American employment law and HR best practices.
- At least 6 years of experience in People Partner, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or a closely related function.
- Experience supporting AI-focused Research and Engineering teams.
- Strong ability to provide confidential, practical support and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of human-resources best practices and culturally appropriate implementation.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Experience building and scaling processes and implementing systems in a rapidly growing company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
