Senior HR Business Partner supporting People, Communications, and G&A leaders through coaching, employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and scalable people programs. Requires high-growth technology experience and strong North American employment-law knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders, including senior executives, across People and Communications.
- Support employees and managers on human-resource topics throughout the employee lifecycle in partnership with Benefits, Compensation, and other specialist teams.
- Partner with management on performance management, employee relations, and a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Liaise with specialist teams, leadership, and Finance to implement scalable programs and policies that attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and specialist teams on cross-functional initiatives such as manager training.
- Support G&A leadership with organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in HR at a fast-growing technology company and fluency with employment law and best practices in North America.
- Experience working in a technology company, startup, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the needs and challenges of supporting G&A functions in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong knowledge of human-resource best practices.
- Experience providing confidential, practical support and conflict resolution.
Nice-to-haves
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or a closely related function.
- Experience partnering with People and Communications teams in high-growth technology environments.
- Experience supporting highly regulated or compliance-focused functions.
- Ability to build and scale processes and establish new systems.
- Pragmatic problem-solving and creative solution development.
- Strong employee and manager support skills across organizational levels.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $310,000–$380,000 USD.
