About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
  • Manage multiple workstreams with strong project management skills.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Engage customer-facing with stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms).
  • Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and system translation.
  • Systems-minded, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
