Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and own, optimize, and extend product and proprietary business operations systems.
- Discover stakeholder and customer needs to improve automation, AI-enabled user experiences, analytics, and workflow scalability.
- Own system adoption and business outcomes across Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with customers on solutions supporting critical milestones in their journey.
- Ship features and improvements in a production engineering environment with frequent deployments.
- Balance speed and quality while iterating on production systems.
- Evaluate, select, and tune technologies based on technical and business requirements.
- Help attract top-tier technical talent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally and translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Strong ownership, urgency, pragmatism, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
Nice-to-haves
- Platform architecture and analytics experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Client-facing experience.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics, strategies, and lifecycle management.

- Salary range: $175,000–$225,000 annually.
