Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier relationship management across professional services including employee benefits, food and workplace programs, facilities, learning and development, recruiting, employee experience initiatives, consulting, and advisory engagements.
- Develop and execute category plans aligning with business priorities, identifying cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to understand needs, translate into sourcing strategies, and lead RFPs, supplier selection, and complex contract negotiations.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Apply AI tools and automation to streamline data analysis, supplier management, and contract workflows.
- Build and manage supplier relationships ensuring value delivery, service quality, alignment with diversity and sustainability objectives.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management on commercial terms, compliance, and financial outcomes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of procurement or industry experience, ideally managing indirect spend across Professional Services.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and negotiation efforts delivering measurable savings and value.
- Experience applying AI or data-driven solutions to simplify procurement processes or optimize workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of supplier management, risk mitigation, and contract governance.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $128,000—$150,000 USD (may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits).
