Build and scale provider infrastructure and roster-management systems across the stack, including reliable services, high-volume data flows, and event-driven architectures. Responsibilities

Build and evolve services and tools supporting Provider Infrastructure and Roster Management scaling initiatives.
Write clean, well-tested code across C#, React, and AWS-based services.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to shape solutions from idea through launch.
Contribute to migrations from legacy systems to modern, event-driven architectures.
Use metrics, dashboards, and load tests to maintain service health and observability as usage grows.
Share knowledge and feedback, mentor engineers, and improve technical decision-making.
Use generative AI coding tools in day-to-day development where appropriate.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience, including significant backend or full-stack work on distributed systems.
Experience shipping high-scale internal tools, data pipelines, or user-facing applications where correctness, resilience, and performance matter.
Comfort working across the stack and learning unfamiliar systems.
Experience in an agile, cross-functional environment with product, design, analytics, and operations partners.
Track record of mentoring engineers and improving testing, observability, and deployment practices.
Strong communication skills and empathy for internal users and external customers.
