Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.
- Strong product thinking and care for user experience and outcomes.
- Ability to take ideas through execution.
- Hands-on technical ability, or active progress toward it.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without perfect information.
- Ability to build, learn quickly, and become effective in a modern technology stack.
Nice to Have
- Strong engineering background, including React and Node.
- Experience as a product manager or designer shipping technical products.
- Experience building side projects or tools independently.
