About the role
Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for Harvey’s legal operations platform, including configuration and governance of relationships with outside firms and vendors, performance visibility, and compliance.
Drive end-to-end feature execution from discovery through launch, partnering with engineering to ship quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
Partner with enterprise customers and Customer Success to understand how legal departments manage outside-firm and vendor relationships, translating insights into product requirements that unlock adoption at scale.
Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and legal engineering teams to position and enable features for sales and deployment.
Establish success metrics and feedback loops to quantify customer value and continuously prioritize and iterate.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior Product Manager level at a high-growth technology company.
Proven experience owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
Strong technical acumen, including the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access-control requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders from engineers to executives.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity.
Strong product sense and attention to detail, with the ability to work across high-level strategy and implementation details.
Compensation and Benefits
Annualized base salary: $213,600–$300,000, depending on location.
Eligible roles may receive a Harvey Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh equity grants.
