Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-grade AI and AI agent solutions for public sector customers.
- Collaborate with executives to define and execute product strategy.
- Own end-to-end product development: customer pain points, requirements, development, testing, and launches.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, GTM, finance).
- Scale solutions into commercializable software.
- Maintain Top Secret security clearance.
Requirements
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years building ML-powered or enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of generative AI in public/large-scale settings.
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Data literacy and analytics experience.
- Prior military or government experience.
- Coding experience (e.g., Python).
Nice to Haves
- Experience building agentic application infrastructure.
- Startup experience with public sector/federal customers.
- Knowledge of federal networks, infrastructure, and constraints.
- TS/SCI clearance.
