Enterprise Account Executive owning full-cycle sales into high-growth AI-native software companies. Run top-down outbound, build bottoms-up momentum from technical users, convert usage signals into pipeline, run technical evaluations/POCs, and expand accounts.

Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales into high-growth, AI-native software companies, from first outbound touch through close and expansion.
- Build and execute targeted top-down outbound campaigns into executive and technical buyers at target accounts.
- Identify and develop bottoms-up champions among technical ICs, engineers, and platform teams already using our product or open-source framework.
- Turn product-usage and technical signals into qualified pipeline and expansion.
- Own technical, multi-call sales cycles with engineering and platform teams, often involving a proof of concept.
- Partner credibly with technical buyers on build-versus-buy questions and scope evaluations that prove real value quickly.
- Land a first use case and grow the account over time with a focus on expansion.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver reliable weekly forecast calls.
- Use AI tools to speed up account research, prospecting, and deal preparation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
- Demonstrated ability to run both outbound-generated and product-led pipeline.
- Experience selling to technical buyers, including engineers, platform teams, and AI/ML leaders, alongside executive economic buyers.
- Experience running technical evaluations or proofs of concept and navigating build-versus-buy conversations.
- Comfortable operating with minimal process in a fast-moving, early-category environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to explain complex technical products and deal strategy clearly.
- AI-first operator: actively uses AI tools for account research, deal prep, outreach, and pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI/ML, developer tools, data infrastructure, or OSS-adjacent products.
- Experience in a consumption-based or usage-based pricing motion.
- Track record of landing net-new logos and expanding initial contracts into larger account relationships.
- Prior experience at a company with an open-source or community-led growth motion.
