Senior Full Stack Engineer - Team Web

Build and maintain Fin’s public website across the front end, backend, APIs, integrations, analytics, and infrastructure. The role requires 8+ years of full-stack experience, strong JavaScript and React expertise, and familiarity with cloud, testing, CMS, and performance optimization technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions, including modern user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver seamless, performant experiences across web and mobile.
Develop backend logic and APIs, manage data flows, and implement integrations with third-party platforms.
Optimize website performance using front-end best practices, including lazy loading and efficient asset management.
Set up and manage infrastructure with Vercel, AWS, CloudFront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI.
Implement and maintain web analytics and support A/B testing.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to improve development processes and user experience.
Write backend software and unblock end-to-end development independently.

Requirements

8+ years of full-stack development experience.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Expert knowledge of front-end frameworks including React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful and Sanity.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager and Marketo.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services including AWS, Vercel, CloudFront, and S3.
Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for fast-loading, responsive websites.
Experience writing tests for front-end components and familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
