Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build and prioritize highly strategic target account lists using firmographics, technographics, and intent data.
Generate new business pipeline through cold calling, personalized email, and targeted LinkedIn social selling for C-level executives.
Deliver outstanding prospect experience as the initial point of contact, articulating Intercom's value.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of Intercom's product suite and value proposition.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to improve business processes for pipeline generation.
Requirements
Strong desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for Account Executive or closing roles.
1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience preferred).
Experience working with Enterprise sized accounts.
Operational excellence in time management and focusing on revenue-driving activities.
Knowledge of competitive SaaS landscape and target verticals.
Prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn using modern sales engagement tools.
Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
Growth mindset with proactive feedback-seeking.
Results-oriented approach to quotas and team development.
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range for Greater Chicago Area: $40.10-$47.91 per hour.
Incentive compensation: approximately $25,020 - $29,896.
Estimated all-in annual OTE: $83,400 - $99,653.
