Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize highly strategic target account lists, including deep dives into firmographics, technographics, and intent data.
Customer Engagement: Engage with new prospects and existing customers across the funnel, from first touch to adoption and expansion.
Multiple Sales Motions: Operate across high velocity and complex sales cycles, coordinating with Account Executives.
Product Expertise: Build deep knowledge of Intercom's Customer Agent and Sales Agent products to articulate value to prospects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
Requirements
Strong desire to build a career in Sales.
1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales or SaaS a plus).
Comfortable working at pace in a high velocity environment.
Prospecting skills: cold calling, email, social.
Strong communication skills.
Growth mindset, results oriented.
Curiosity about AI in sales and customer service.
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Compensation
Base salary: $40.10-$47.91 per hour (Greater Chicago Area).
