Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field involving coding, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience working on projects involving multiple engineering teams.
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep respect for collaboration.
- Ability to drive clear next steps in ambiguous spaces without clear lines of ownership.
- High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude toward helping others raise the bar.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with financial product companies and interest in financial products and markets.
- Experience in user-facing or cross-functional roles shaping product roadmaps and solving user needs.
