Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operations (~60%)
- Support the execution of annual and quarterly planning cycles (e.g., annual planning preparation, Quarterly Portfolio Updates / QPUs), ensuring clear communication and milestone tracking across stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of ongoing leadership alignments, tracking action items for key strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional visibility into company progress.
- Help maintain and streamline operational documentation, reporting dashboards, and presentation materials for executive reviews.
Flexible Project Management (~40%)
- Step in to lead and manage smaller, high-priority projects and initiatives across the Company Operations ecosystem when extra bandwidth is needed.
- Support internal change management efforts, internal team programs, or community initiatives (such as volunteer days and operational training rollouts).
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timelines are met, risks are flagged, and cross-functional teams remain aligned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in project management, program management, or strategic planning.
- Highly comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities can shift; able to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Effective collaboration with diverse teams and navigation of complex stakeholder relationships.
- A track record of successfully partnering with various teams to drive shared outcomes.
- Expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity and comfort leveraging AI tools (such as Claude and/or Google Gemini) to enhance productivity, synthesize information, and draft communications.
