About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create new features and improvements across the Roboflow product, including enterprise Jetson inference pipeline.
  • Support enterprise customers on-site (factory tours, building customer-specific features for computer vision success).
  • Partner with Field Engineering team to improve data collection and insights delivery.
  • Work on core product (image ingestion, annotation, training, deployment), marketing/sales integrations, internal automation, open source.
  • Advocate for project priorities to increase enterprise customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Technical generalist comfortable diving into new stacks/toolchains.
  • Strong JavaScript and Node.js (majority of codebase).
  • Solid Linux foundation.
  • Machine learning/image processing in Python.
  • Experience with Firebase, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), AWS (ML infra), Docker.
  • Browser code (Tensorflow JS), APIs/client libraries.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times/quarter for customer on-sites + team meetups.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $165,000-$195,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • $4000/yr travel stipend, $350/mo productivity stipend, $350/mo AI tools stipend, $150/mo team lunch stipend, $500 one-time home office stipend.
  • Health insurance (up to 100% coverage), equity.
