Role Scope

  • Model greyspace capacity across sites: the electrical, mechanical, and support space budgets behind every megawatt of whitespace.
  • Track allocation against design as builds evolve, catching where greyspace runs out before power does.
  • Build the source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits.
  • Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.

Requirements

  • Experience in capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities.
  • Comfortable working with drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets.
  • Built capacity models that caught a real constraint early.
  • Maintain a source of truth current across many concurrent changes.
  • Present constraints with options attached.

Nice-to-Haves
