Engage with open source community on forums and social channels to help Metabase users with data analytics issues. Requires 3-5 years technical experience in code, systems admin, SQL/databases, or infrastructure, plus strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Answer user questions on Discourse forum, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and data Slack communities.
- Build relationships with Metabase users of open source and paid products.
- Correspond with users to understand their goals.
- Collaborate with writing team and participate in content brainstorming sessions.
- Represent Metabase in webinars or in-person events.
Requirements
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
- Strong technical background with 3-5 years writing production code or administering systems.
- Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools (bonus: Metabase).
- Excellent written communication.
Expertise (at least one)
- Running Metabase on various operating systems for multiple years.
- Strong background in networking and web applications.
- Managing servers (physical, Docker, AWS/GCP, etc.).
- Managing databases with strong SQL skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Fluent in multiple languages.
