Responsibilities
Own execution of presence at industry tradeshows and conferences — booth configuration, collateral, shipping, and lead capture across all active events
Build and maintain run-of-show documents, timelines, and checklists that keep every stakeholder aligned
Be on the ground at key events to keep execution on track and solve problems in real time
Manage vendor relationships across print, shipping, A/V, and booth services
Coordinate internal attendee logistics — travel, staffing, and materials — across sales, marketing, and clinical teams
Own the event calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables across multiple concurrent events
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in events, conference logistics, hospitality, or operations
Track record of building systems so nothing gets missed across multiple concurrent projects
Strong cross-functional communication skills — comfortable coordinating vendors, internal teams, and conference organizers
