Supports onboarding, closings, lifecycle processing, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvements for private credit and direct lending transactions. Requires at least two years of relevant lending or fund operations experience and knowledge of loan structures and lifecycle events.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end loan onboarding, closings, and operational setup for private credit and direct lending transactions.
- Process loan lifecycle events, including fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, and amendments.
- Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations across borrower, lender, and settlement records.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports and respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify process inefficiencies and support platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in loan operations, private credit operations, fund administration, or commercial lending.
- Knowledge of syndicated loans, direct lending structures, revolvers, closings, fundings, amendments, and payoffs.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform interest, fee, payoff, and other loan-related calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with borrowers, lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern and AI-powered productivity tools.
Compensation
- Expected cash compensation: $105,400–$124,000 per year in New York, NY.
- Equity and benefits are included for full-time roles.
