Responsibilities
Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption from pre-sales requirements gathering and proof-of-value through strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, and activation.
Validate product and solution fit, customer risks, and success measures, translating inputs into a practical path to value.
Design and build customer contracting processes in Ironclad using configured workflows, templates, and integrations.
Apply platform architecture and technical solution-design judgment, including recommendations about integrations, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility.
Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end and determine technical approaches and phased scope based on customer goals and critical requirements.
Advise customers on AI-driven contracting transformation, including appropriate applications, limitations, risks, and controls.
Build trusted customer relationships, navigate complex problem-solving, manage expectations, and identify opportunities to scale platform usage.
Align Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executive sponsors, and other stakeholder groups while identifying adoption risks and supporting organizational change.
Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, communicating value, recommendations, and tradeoffs.
Help customers own, maintain, and expand the platform over the long term.
Represent customer feedback internally and collaborate with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Forward Deployed Engineering, Legal AI Specialists, Support, and Success teams.
Requirements
2+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
Ability to learn new technologies and drive outcomes through technical solutions.
Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
Demonstrated ability to establish customer relationships, hold customers accountable, and manage expectations and escalations.
Experience navigating enterprise organizational structures and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong consultative discovery skills, including uncovering goals, identifying buying criteria, translating requirements into solution approaches, and creating phased roadmaps.
Ability to validate fit, identify constraints, define success measures, and make prescriptive recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Comfort making decisions about scope, priorities, and sequencing when services paths are not predefined.
Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI concepts and advise on responsible application in contracting workflows.
