Responsibilities
Set up and customize new customer accounts.
Build and nurture relationships across new and existing high-value customers.
Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships with customer decision-makers.
Execute successful launches of the Rippling Spend Management platform.
Drive spend across a book of business by owning retention, expansion, and account growth.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide recommendations for the product roadmap.
Partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Operations to improve efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project management, onboarding, or implementations, including advising clients and building strategic relationships.
2+ years managing multiple complex customers while implementing or administering expense programs and/or corporate card programs.
Ability to understand customer business requirements across multiple industries and translate them into a compelling vision and roadmap.
Strong oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven time-management skills in a dynamic team environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive on-target earnings (base salary plus sales commission), benefits, and equity.
US-based employees have a 60/40 base-to-variable compensation split.
Tier 1 (San Francisco/New York): $180,000 OTE.
Tier 2 (Seattle/Chicago): $170,000 OTE.
Tier 3 (Remote): $160,000 OTE.
Commission is not guaranteed.
Employees within a 40-mile radius of a Rippling office are generally expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
