What You'll Do

AI Workflow Architecture and Agent Development

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using Claude API, n8n orchestration, and Lovable to automate complex go-to-market processes.
  • Deploy autonomous agents for sales intelligence, customer health scoring, partner activation, renewal and expansion.
  • Build intelligent orchestration that connects sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success into automated workflows.

Customer Lifecycle Operations

  • Translate customer lifecycle and client success playbooks into working systems across HubSpot, EverAfter, Pendo and the AI stack.
  • Engineer automation for the full customer lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Translate customer behavior and health signals into automated nudges, escalations, and plays.
  • Design tools that turn adoption, value, and ROI data into client-facing storytelling for business strategy reviews.
  • Build operational infrastructure for partner activation including onboarding workflows, milestone tracking, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Stand up marketing attribution and funnel reporting.

System Integration and Data Architecture

  • Build and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Pendo, EverAfter, Snowflake, and the GTM stack.
  • Design APIs and data pipelines for AI agents to read from and write to business systems.
  • Maintain data quality, security, and governance across automated workflows.

Strategic Execution and Process Optimization

  • Proactively identify automation opportunities across customer and partner lifecycle, mapping workflows and building replacements for manual processes.
  • Stand up automated reporting and alerting for real-time visibility into revenue, customer health, and partner performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to extend pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead internal documentation, training materials, and process playbooks.

Success Criteria

  • Stand up lifecycle automation that improves adoption, maturity, and time-to-value.
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards from multiple sources for leadership decisions.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, governed, and consistent data.
  • Build scalable integration architecture.
  • Translate complex engineering into clear business impact for executive leadership.

What You Bring

  • 4 to 6 years in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development focused on business process.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom builds) and language model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in business applications.
  • Commercial instinct for go-to-market, customer lifecycle, and revenue operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and building custom integrations and automated workflows.
  • Comfort with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and API integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down cross-functional processes for automation.
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
