Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships and technical account plans for strategic partners, aligning partner business goals with Cloudflare One and AI adoption milestones.
- Build technical champions within partner organizations and enable partners to perform technical discovery, architecture, demos, proofs of concept, pipeline generation, and deal qualification.
- Collaborate with sales teams to source and expand partner-influenced opportunities, including migrations from legacy network architectures to Cloudflare One and secure AI integrations.
- Accelerate partner deployment, management, and support capabilities for Cloudflare platforms and AI workloads.
- Co-develop partner service catalogs, managed Cloudflare One SASE practices, and AI security assessment offerings.
- Track service-delivery KPIs, improve partner performance, and support service monetization.
- Serve as an escalated technical contact for architectural health and long-term partner success.
- Use Cloudflare OS and AI agents to automate repeatable technical tasks.
- Gather partner feedback through technical advisory programs and support co-innovation on Cloudflare One and AI products.
- Maintain proficiency across pre-sales scoping and post-sales service deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, or related roles such as Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and the full technical deal lifecycle from pre-sales discovery through post-sales delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Estimated annual compensation, including on-target incentive compensation, varies by work location:
- San Francisco, San Jose, and Bay Area Metro: $244,000–$336,000
- Boston, California - Remote, Connecticut - Remote, DC Metro, Massachusetts - Remote, New Jersey - Remote, New York City, NY Metro, Remote - Washington, Washington (Kirkland), and Washington D.C.: $234,000–$321,000
- Colorado - Remote, Illinois - Remote, Maryland - Remote, Minnesota - Remote, Nevada - Remote, New York - Remote, Rhode Island - Remote, and Vermont - Remote: $212,000–$292,000
