Product Manager- Integrations & API
Product Manager responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a Public API and B2B SaaS integrations portfolio. The role requires hands-on API launch experience, strong technical collaboration, client discovery, and cross-functional leadership in an enterprise-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the roadmap for the Public API and integrations portfolio, establishing an API-first mindset internally.
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for an externally facing portfolio of B2B SaaS integrations across Accounting, CRM, and POS systems.
- Engage directly with clients and partners to validate integration workflows and uncover software needs.
- Prioritize integrations that transform client workflows, streamline onboarding, and maximize product adoption.
- Define API lifecycle standards covering versioning, permissions, security, rate limiting, and error handling.
- Create GTM collateral with Product Enablement and Product Marketing.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on client adoption and equip Technical Support to handle API-related inquiries.
- Establish and evaluate KPIs and OKRs measuring integration usage, API reliability, and business impact.
- Connect client pain points to product solutions through compelling storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2B SaaS products, working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience launching APIs from scratch and building or managing a portfolio of third-party SaaS integrations.
- Experience sizing business opportunities and translating them into platform features and processes.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and lead cross-functional alignment.
- Comfort discussing API concepts and bridging engineering teams with product strategy.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor to augment product management and software development lifecycle tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience shaping developer experience, including developer portals, sandbox environments, or self-service API onboarding workflows.
- Experience fostering an API-first mindset or organizational culture shift.
- Experience in travel technology or technical product management in enterprise-focused SaaS environments.
- Experience presenting narrative-driven product roadmaps to senior leadership.
